Is in the Ixelles district, which is very cool and not too far from downtown (although in this city almost nothing is far from the center) or the European institutions. We tram and bus 2 minutes from home, parks, bars and restaurants. A little laundry at 1 minute from home.
The apartment is 80 square meters divided in a living room with kitchenette (ie, with a bar separating the kitchen), a room big enough and a bathroom.
