The coldest city in the world

a couple of days ago, while pouring rain outside, Mary and I were watching the news on TVE International. After reporting on the expansion of Israeli troops from Lebanon and the fire in Galicia, we saw the time. The presenter was telling us the suns and clouds that appeared on the map and as they passed below the maximum and minimum temperatures of the world's major cities: Rome, Paris, New York, Dublin, Beijing, London, San Francisco, Mexico City , Tokyo, Delhi, Dubai ... Brussels was also, of course. It turns out that Brussels is the coldest city in the world. As temperatures world for the next day ranged from 10 to 15 degrees (as little) in Brussels is expected temperatures of 5 to 10 degrees. Take that. The worst thing is that they followed from cities and found that even in Santiago de Chile, where it is winter , was colder (short, only one or two degrees, but still.) This is Brussels!
